喻霞，女，重庆人，博士，博士后，教授，重庆市高层次引进人才，硕士研究生导师，教育部博士硕士研究生学位论文评审专家,重庆市外国语言文学类专业教学指导委员会委员。研究方向为应用语言学，研究兴趣包括外语教育中的积极心理、语言意识形态、英语国际语与交际能力、专门用途英语等。主持参研国家、省部级科研及教改课题多项，在SSCI、CSSCI等国内外核心期刊发表论文多篇，出版英文专著两部。曾获英国南安普顿大学全额博士奖学金和研究奖学金，重庆市教育改革研究论文奖, 77779193永利官网教学成果奖，77779193永利官网首批研究生课程思政教学名师，多次指导研究生获重庆高校研究生教学技能大赛奖项。

XIA YU obtained her PhD from the University of Southampton, the UK. She received the LASS Faculty International Bursary Scheme (FIBS) (2007-2010), and had been a repeated recipient of the HUMS PGR research awards. Dr. Yu is currently professor of language and education in School of Foreign Languages, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, PRC. Her scholarly interests are broadly in positive psychology in foreign language education, language ideologies, and English for specific purposes. Her work on language teaching, language policy, linguistic ideology, intercultural communication, teacher education and teacher development, among other topics, has appeared in a variety of journals and books. Dr. Yu welcomes research proposals in all aspects of foreign language education, especially in the above-mentioned areas of English language teaching and education.
